of appointment cancellation is not given

LARGER BOOKINGS
Credit card details will be taken at the time of
booking to reserve the appointment.
For larger grroup bookings and Spa Packages
please request to speak to a Spa Manager so that
full details of your group requirements can be accurately recorded

MEDICAL NOTES
A medical consultation form must be completed prior to every treatment.
We reserve the right to decline treatments where certain medical conditions exist.
